SHIPPING POLICY
1. GEOGRAPHIC SERVICE AREA
1.1 Domestic Shipping: The vendor provides shipping services exclusively to physical addresses located within the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States of America.
1.2 P.O. Box Restriction: Shipments to Post Office Box addresses are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted.
1.3 International Shipping: For shipment requests to international destinations, the purchaser must submit a written inquiry via email to sales@archtechnochem.com. International shipping is subject to the following conditions:
- Certain products are subject to export restrictions and regulatory limitations
- Some products are prohibited from international shipment due to regulatory, safety, or compliance requirements
- International orders require prior authorization and confirmation of eligibility
2. DROP SHIPMENT ARRANGEMENTS
2.1 A substantial portion of the vendor's product catalog is fulfilled through direct drop shipment from authorized manufacturer facilities.
2.2 Estimated drop shipment timeframes are displayed on individual product pages for reference purposes only. Actual processing and fulfillment times may vary based on manufacturer inventory availability, production schedules, and operational circumstances. Delivery timelines shall vary accordingly and are subject to these variable factors.
2.3 Shipping rates are calculated based on the following variables:
- Destination address and geographic location
- Point of origin (manufacturer facility location)
- Selected shipping method and carrier service level
- Product weight and dimensional characteristics
2.4 Drop-shipped orders may include manufacturer-generated packing documentation. The purchaser may receive a packing list directly from the respective manufacturer's facility.
3. SHIPPING ESTIMATES AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
Upon order placement, the vendor shall provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on:
- Current product availability and inventory status
- Selected shipping method and carrier service
- Origin facility location and destination address
- Manufacturer processing and fulfillment schedules
Shipping date estimates will be displayed on the shipping quotes page during the checkout process. All delivery estimates are approximate and subject to carrier performance, manufacturer processing times, and unforeseen circumstances. The vendor does not guarantee specific delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
4. COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING TERMS
Products designated as eligible for complimentary shipping are limited to standard ground shipping service only. Expedited shipping methods require additional charges and are not included in promotional or complimentary shipping offers.
5. WEIGHT-BASED SHIPPING CALCULATIONS
5.1 Shipping rates for applicable products are calculated on a weight-based tariff structure in accordance with carrier policies.
5.2 All product weights shall be rounded up to the next full pound for rate calculation purposes, consistent with the standard billing practices of contracted shipping carriers.
5.3 Dimensional weight pricing may apply where carrier policies dictate, and the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight shall determine the applicable shipping rate.
6. SHIPPING CARRIER SELECTION
The vendor reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service level for all orders, unless the purchaser has specifically requested and paid for expedited or alternative shipping services.

This shipping policy is subject to modification without prior notice. The vendor recommends reviewing current terms at the time of order placement.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION OBLIGATIONS
Upon receipt of goods, the purchaser shall immediately inspect and verify the delivered order for accuracy and conformity. Any discrepancies, errors, or concerns regarding the order must be reported to the vendor without undue delay by contacting sales@archtechnochem.com.
2. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the purchaser may return eligible products within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- Products remain in new, unopened condition
- Items are undamaged and maintain resalable status
- Original packaging is intact and unaltered
- A valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) has been obtained from the vendor
3. REGULATED PRODUCTS RETURN RESTRICTIONS
Due to the regulated nature of medical waste management products and compliance with applicable health and safety regulations, returns are strictly limited to:
- Unopened items only
- Undamaged products in resalable condition
- Items accompanied by a valid RAN
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following products are designated as non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Biohazard/Sharps Containers: PWS-BH-20, PWS-BH-5
- Isolyser/SMSm 18G units (all variants)
- AX275 Hypochlorous Acid Disinfectant
- AX525 Hypochlorous Acid Disinfectant
- All Spill Hero products and kits (complete line)
5. RESTOCKING FEES AND SHIPPING COSTS
5.1 A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee shall be assessed on all approved returns.
5.2 The purchaser shall bear full responsibility for all shipping and handling costs, including but not limited to:
- Original outbound shipping charges
- Return shipping expenses
5.3 For products initially shipped with complimentary or promotional freight, the actual shipping costs incurred by the vendor for the original delivery shall be deducted from any refund amount, in addition to the return shipping costs borne by the purchaser.
5.4 Exception: The vendor shall provide a full refund of the product price and all associated shipping costs if, and only if, the return results directly from vendor error, including but not limited to shipment of incorrect, defective, or non-conforming items.
6. RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS
To initiate a return, the purchaser must:
- Contact the vendor via email at sales@archtechnochem.com
- Request and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Include the RAN with all returned merchandise
- Ship items in accordance with provided return instructions
Returns submitted without a valid RAN will not be accepted or processed.
7. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE
Approved refunds shall be processed within four (4) weeks from the date the return shipment is tendered to the designated carrier. The vendor shall make commercially reasonable efforts to expedite refund processing, and refunds may be issued in a shorter timeframe when operationally feasible.
8. COMPLIANCE NOTICE
All returns must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the transportation and handling of medical waste management products and regulated materials.
